About Sougba
Sougba is an online marketplace made in Mali: shops and craftspeople list their products and services, and buyers contact them directly.
Who we are
Sougba is a young Malian company. Our team builds and runs the website, the app and the Fere seller workspace.
We want any seller, in Bamako or elsewhere, to open an online shop in minutes, and any buyer to find what they need close to home.
Buy with confidence
The Sougba team checks sellers by hand. The “Verified seller” badge only shows after our check; other shops are not verified yet. Either way, here is how to buy safely.
Talk to the seller
Ask on WhatsApp or by phone before you buy: price, condition, delivery.
Pay on delivery
When you can, see the item and pay when it is handed over. Do not send money in advance to someone you do not know.
Report a problem
A seller looks suspicious? Write to us: we can suspend a shop.
